‘AT – Alvarinho Trajadura’ wine arrived the market with a completely renewed image and with the DOC Vinho Verde (green wine) seal. Previously with the ‘Reserva’ and ‘Grande Reserva’ ranges followed by the iconic wine ‘Gatão’ and, approximately a year ago, with the monovarietals ‘Touriga Nacional’ and ‘Alvarinho’, the most recent bet of the Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges in rebranding was in the wine ‘AT – Alvarinho Trajadura ‘.
“This new image of Alvarinho Trajadura reinforces the line of communication that Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges has been betting on recently,” explained the Communication and Public Relations manager of Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges, Ana Montenegro.
Ana Montenegro said that the company intends that its references “follow a contemporary line following the current trends, always keeping in mind the tradition and know-how of our brand in producing high quality wines to which our consumers are accustomed. ”.
The new AT – Alvarinho Trajadura now arrives the market with the DOC Vinho Verde seal and despite appearing with a premium image it maintains its non-binding sales price of 4.49 euros to the indicative public.
Alvarinho Trajadura is clear and citrus with a young and intense aroma where the tropical character of passion fruit predominates. It has a good volume in the mouth and its acidity gives it a long and prolonged finish. It is excellent as an aperitif or to accompany seafood, sushi, fish, pastes and white meats.

Borges has always invested in the quality of its production recognizing that only by excellence can Portuguese wines assert themselves in the world. Today Their wines are exported to more than fifty countries on the five continents.
Aware of the need to dominate the production process since the planting of the vine, the company is present in the main Portuguese demarcated regions with three reference Quintas: in Vinhos Verdes, Quinta de Simaens; in Douro, Quinta da Soalheira and in Dão, Quinta de São Simão da Aguieira.
