Just in time for summer comes in the national market the brand new ‘Trinca Bolotas White 2018’ and the most recent Herdade do Peso, an Alentejo producer located in the Vidigueira county. “The history of Trinca Bolotas is now made of White and Red in a natural evolution after the great success that the brand has reached with consumers”, says the producer.
“Widening the range of Trinca Bolotas has always been on our view. Given the excellent reception of the brand since its launch in 2014, it was time to launch a white wine capable of responding to the demand for a versatile, fresh and uncompromising wine, “explains the oenologist Luís Cabral de Almeida, from Herdade do Peso. ”For this White Trinca Bolotas we created a lot of Antão Vaz (60%) and Arinto (40%) because if there are ideal marriages this is certainly one of them,” he adds.
Made from Antão Vaz and Arinto varieties, Trinca Bolotas White 2018 should be served at a temperature between 9 ° and 11 ° C. For late afternoon warmth or summer evenings among friends the new Herdade do Peso white is the ideal companion for appetizers, clams, fish dishes, or even white meats and fresh salads.
