José Guilherme started his activity in 2001 with a cheese factory that immediately became a great success, just bought a charcuterie production unit that was deactivated, and brought it to life.
Based on the ancestral knowledge of the family, aware of the secrets of spices, it intends to treat the noblest specimens of black pork, selecting the best pieces to create their new products of superior quality, according to the secrets of the old Alentejo recipes. The success was immediate and for three months now the products started to emerge with the first order to Switzerland that achieved immediate success… The new company aims to produce chorizo, black pork “palaio”, smoked pork scrag and loin, and many other black pork specialties, not forgetting the whole ham, in pieces or boneless.
We spoke with José Guilherme who told us that he will make his public presentation during the next edition of SISAB PORTUGAL.
