Known by many as ‘black rind cheese’, the ‘São Miguel Island Cheese’, produced in Unileite and exclusively marketed by LactAçores, now has a new image and also a new grated format.
Investing in innovation and differentiation over the years, LactAçores now launches a more modern and attractive image of the São Miguel Island Cheese, a semi-hard cured cheese with firm texture and a minimum cure of nine months. Inspired by the purest nature of the beautiful island of São Miguel, this renowned “black rind” cheese is a unique product with a strong and clean aroma, obtained from pasteurized cow’s milk.
Available in whole format and slices, the ‘São Miguel Cheese’ is now also grated, being created for your convenience. With this restyling, the ‘São Miguel Cheese’ aims to make its image more appealing and differentiating, reinforcing its position as a special and unique brand.
