Santos e Vale presented a new portal for its customers “that will allow the total visibility of their activity in terms of tracking shipments, collections, deliveries, invoices, and many other features in their daily life,” explains the company in a press release.
According to Santos e Vale, with this tool, customers will now be able to track their shipments in real time, from collection to delivery at the final destination, with access to the geolocation of the vehicles where they are transported and at which time they will be delivered.

We try to take advantage of all our ‘Big Data’ adding features to the current system so that the customer has full visibility. In a second phase of the project extra features will be added which will allow the company enter in the predictive logistics and go even more to meet the needs of customers.
