The Milhafre Organic Pasture Milk is presented as a milk of unquestionable quality, exclusive to Azorean producers that, through the brand, have integrated a long-term project to convert soils into environmentally friendly pastures, without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, taking care of the well-being of the cows that live and feed on the 100% Azorean Organic pasture.

For a long time – it was born in 1953 – Milhafre was an exclusive brand of butter. Characterized as a butter with a unique profile, distinguished by its yellow color, intense flavor and slightly “spicy” salt content, it has always been one of the references of the Azorean products. Later, still with exclusive marketing in the Azores, Milhafre dos Açores Semi-Skimmed Milk and Skimmed Milk, Pasteurized Cream and Flemish Cheese in Bar and Slices were launched. Between 2017 and 2019, Semi-Skimmed Pasture Milk and Cured Cheese from Terceira Island and Cheese from Graciosa Island appeared.
