The Primus Lucas organized the one that was the 1st Lucas Primus Gala in order to bring together the Lugrade cod, the Nutriva bakery and the Ribeiro Santo Wines harvests. The three food and beverage companies joined by family ties invited customers, business partners and friends to an exclusive two-day program.
The program began on September 14 with a visit to the Nutriva production facility in Vila Nova de Poiares, followed by a visit to Lugrade’s most recent production facility in Torre de Vilela. The visits allowed the guests to get a closer look at the internal dynamics of the two companies as well as the new sectors and expansion works of Nutriva, which has a Bread Museum that collects environments and utensils from the meadow to the plate.
The program continued with a dinner – the 1st Gala Lucas Primus – that was held in Viseu, at Solar do Dão. On Saturday, the Harvest Festival was held at Quinta de Santa Maria in Cabanas de Viriato, owned by Magnum Vinhos. The meeting was attended by 300 guests who had a unique experience in the art of vintage.
There was also room for a showcooking of Chef Diogo Rocha, ambassador of Lugrade, musical animation and tasting of the products of the three companies that created the brand Lucas Primus and that complement a traditional Portuguese table.
