LactAçores launched a special edition of Queijo São Miguel 36 months aged, produced at the União das Cooperativas Agrícolas de Lacticínios da Ilha de São Miguel, which features a “strong flavor and aroma characteristic of its extended maturation”.
“The launch of a more aged version of Queijo São Miguel with 36 months of aging represents the commitment and knowledge of the LactAçores team and its producers in challenging themselves daily to present the most exclusive products, created with the best raw material that the nature of the Azores has to offer”, stresses Nuno Sousa.
