Milaneza has just launched the new integral pasta with oats. “With the milaneza pasta with oatmeal – spaghetti, pasta and now the new “ties” – developed different dishes with simple ingredients, with the guarantee of a healthy delicious meal, very easy to prepare. Rich in fiber, with oats and beta-glucan, “says the brand.
Because of their high fiber content, with a total of 7.5% of dietary fiber (versus 3% of the classic ones) these pastas help to regulate intestinal transit and promote satiety.
In addition, incorporating the value of oats as a cereal rich in slow absorption carbohydrates that guarantees the energy needed by our body. These new doughs contain Beta-glucans, a fiber that lowers blood cholesterol levels.
Another novelty of the leading brand in Portugal refers to ‘Milaneza Wok’, a product that already has three different formats – spirals, pasta and noodles. They are simple pasta for cooking and can go directly from the package to the Wok, since they do not need pre-baking.
