Rui Miguel Nabeiro, 39, is the rejuvenated face of Delta Cafés, a company founded by his grandfather, Rui Nabeiro, who today is chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors that brings together 19 companies in various sectors.
Innovation is the slogan as well as internationalization and conquest of more markets. This company based in Campo Maior wants – within the next five years – to enter the top ten of the world’s coffee brands and double the billing of Delta Q, a group company responsible for the management of the domestic coffee machines and their respective capsules. Delta is currently in 20th and 30th world positions so there is a long way to go, as Rui Miguel Nabeiro said.

The administrator introduced the first mobile espresso, the ‘Delta Q WALQ’, taken at any time and anywhere. “Designing the future, Delta Q has now introduced the ‘WALQ’, a new, patented coffee extraction system that allows you to take the experience of taking a perfect Delta Q Express even further. The ‘WALQ’ consists of an ultra-compact mobile extraction device of capsules with total energy autonomy combined with an advanced hydraulic system developed by the Nabeiro Group Innovation Center, Diverge with the company 2EAST “, presented the company.

New products and campaigns
This new announcement was made in a new segment of the market with “Croffee” cereal bars, presented as “a coffee bar with healthy, satiating and stimulating coffee, developed for all those who have a more active lifestyle but who do not give up solutions that promote their well-being”. A new edition of the Chef’s Collection was also revealed with signatures of chefs Ljubomir Stanisic and Ricardo Costa. And also new international campaigns, with the appointment of two ambassadors: actor Ricardo Pereira and former soccer international Paulo Pauleta, who respectively took on the stage for the markets of Brazil and France.
It was also the day to present three unique innovations: ‘Go Chill by Delta’, ‘Delta Drip Coffee’ and ‘Delta Q Qids’. ‘Go Chill by Delta’ is a cold drink of coffee with milk, ready to drink, with intense flavor of coffee to be consumed anywhere. The ‘Delta Drip Coffee’ – consisting of pure, 100% Arabica coffee from the best origins – was also released.
For the younger ones, Delta Q launches ‘Delta Q Qids’, the first soft and delicious cereal-based drink with a touch of chocolate.
