Delta Q invited journalists to attend a MasterClass on coffee, located in the Delta shop at Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon, where they introduced the process of creating the Delta Q Vítor Sobral blend and the opportunity to participate in a unique sensory experience, rich in knowledge and flavors, where the aromas of roasting and the taste of origins did not leave anyone dissatisfied.
Present at the event were Rui Nabeiro, the administrator of Delta Q, Adelino Cardoso, the coffee master who, for long years in Campo Maior, ascertains the appropriate roasting and processing of batches of coffee and Chef Vítor Sobral. Now we all know the secrets behind a signature coffee blend and its gastronomic connection, with tips from the professionals.
Thinking about the perfect pairing for the end of a meal and looking to enhance the meal time with family and friends, Delta Q challenged Chef Vítor Sobral to create his own blend and it was created successfully.
Vítor Sobral is one of the first Chefs to sign the Chef’s Collection range, which aims to merge the art of blending and roasting, and relying on the experience of over 50 years of Adelino Cardoso, the coffee master from the Nabeiro Group. Following in the footsteps of the art of gastronomy, after all “the best meal ends with the best coffee and it is this unique connection of knowledge and flavors that we want to offer our clients”, says the brand.
Chef Vítor Sobral signs a blend of medium body with aroma of cacao, caramel and toasted almond. “The Vítor Sobral signature blend is the way I have to drink coffee with regards to flavor. It’s that type or style of blend that I like best when I drink coffee”, says Vítor Sobral.
The Chef’s Collection range, signature coffee blends, translates into a meeting of knowledge and flavors, aromas and textures that appeal to the senses and enhance the tasting experience.
