Delta Cafés was voted the brand with the best reputation in Portugal, the company welcomes in a press release. According to the latest edition of the ‘Global RepScore Pulse’ research, the coffee roaster of Rui Nabeiro Group scored 86.70 points on a scale of 0 to 100, ranking ahead of big names like Google. This is the first time that the reputation of a Portuguese brand has reached the highest level of excellence among the country’s consumers.
The ‘Global RepScore Pulse’ research has been developed since 2009 and evaluates the positioning and emotional and rational reputation levels of more than 500 brands in Portugal. It is based on a “qualitative approach” to the positioning of companies – identifying all the values and attributes mentioned spontaneously by consumers – and a “quantitative” approach to their reputation – which explores brand awareness and loyalty as well as technical issues such as product and service innovation, business and financial performance, work environment, employee welfare, social responsibility, leadership, vision, etc.”, Delta Cafés explains.
Led by the businessman Rui Nabeiro, Delta Cafés takes its brand to the whole world for more than 50 years. The group operates directly in eight countries, including Portugal, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Angola, Switzerland and China. In Brazil, activities began in 2012, along with the launch of the Delta Q brand, when it brought high-quality and innovation to the country with espresso machines in capsules.
