The notes of winemaker Osvaldo Amado point to a fruity, young, balanced and harmonious aroma. It has the varieties Aragonês, alfrocheiro and Touriga Nacional in its composition and in gastronomic terms it perfectly harmonizes with roasted fish, grilled or roasted white meat, all kinds of pasta and the soft cheeses. The ‘C de Cabriz ‘ has a well-defined ruby color and an alcohol content of 12.5%. There were bottled 50 thousand units.
